If you are a landlord, you are legally required to ensure that any gas appliances supplied in your rental property are gas safety checked. This needs to occur annually and helps ensure that your tenants are protected.

Not having a gas safety check might negatively affect any insurance claims that you make. Criminal charges can also be filed against landlords who do not have a valid gas safety certificate for each property that they rent out.
